FJX IV forced circulation pump is the fourth generation axial flow pump developed by our company for evaporation. This series of pumps is designed according to the GB/T13008.91 standard and is mainly used for evaporation concentration and cooling in industries such as diaphragm alkali, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt production, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride, sodium chlorate, aluminum oxide, titanium dioxide, lactic acid, sugar production, melamine, papermaking, refrigerants, waste acid, and wastewater concentration.

This series of pumps has two structural types: horizontal and vertical. The pump body can be made of cast or welded fully open impellers. This series of pumps has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and good anti cavitation performance. They can also operate normally under a pressure of 0.05MPa. The seal adopts a double end container type machine seal or packing seal (vertical). This series of pumps generally have vertical inlet and outlet, and the inlet and outlet directions can be changed according to user requirements. Rolling bearings with thin oil lubrication are used. The bearing box can be equipped with water-cooled jacket, and various transmission methods such as elastic coupling direct transmission, belt transmission, and hydraulic coupling can be used. The installation form can be ground installation or suspension installation.

According to different medium operating conditions, overcurrent components can be selected: Monel, Hastelloy TA2\\TA10、316L、2205、304\\304L、 321, duplex stainless steel CS、Ti、 Fluorine lining and other materials
